He was very helpful and even let us keep some of our things in storage at his house while waiting to take possession. When we decided to sell the house, we wanted to have Gerald handle it for us. We felt with his experience and knowledge of the Estes Park area that he would provide good advice and have our best interests in mind. We were not disappointed.
