People have been Vacationing in Estes Park for a Long Time!
My grandparents moved to Estes in 1950 and had many businesses over the years. During much of that time they were involved in real estate. Here is a look at an early brochure they used I think from the late 1950s or early 1960s. (I'm glad they saved so much of this cool stuff!)
